All this time I joined the ZRXOA.ORG to find out more about my new bike, the guys wanted to also help out by lending a hand on the build, lots of the guys donated parts, from nuts and bolts to Pods and Jet Kits, had a friend at Danco Precision mill me a pair of collar that bolt to the plates and the axle tubes to go in. 16 hours on a CNC , nice to have friends in the right places.

Sent the axle shafts off to Moser to be cut and resplined, they do nice work by the way

So now the rear axle is sorted out, now for the swingarm and to modify the bikes frame.

My buddy Chad at Fletcher Customs went and started to bend the 1 ½” roll bar tubing,
Got it all worked out and tacked together, I welded it up….. Did I mention I was a welder by trade !!!!

Took off all the rear end parts of the stock bike and made a swingarm mount brackets, boxed them in so to pull from not just one frame tube but two….[

About this time I got the Kawasaki Dealer to order me a Pingel all Electric shifter. Nice piece

And I managed to round up a trade for my stock front end for a 97* ZX-9R USD swap. Rebuilt by RACETECH…..
